My name is Sundus Ali & I have 3 Kids Mohammad Huzaifa Ali,Maham Ali & Mohammad Hamza Ali
My kids are Italian citizen & I am Italian P.R holder
Me & my kids were being brutally tortured physically & mentally both by my husband (Asif Ali) & his family after arriving in Pakistan Nov 2023 we tried to negotiate many times but his brutal behavior kept on going so we already decided to file a complaint in Pakistan & in Italy as well
But he snatched my personal documents and my kid's documents i.e (I'd card, insurance card & passport)
I file application against him in Pakistan by the help of police but they snatched my mobile as well then I contacted Italian Embassy & Italian police & told them about my miserable situation
Then Italian Embassy, Social Services & Italian police got involved & helped me to re enter in Italy for which I am very thankful to Comune di REGGIO EMILIA & Police of state Italy
Now my case is in the Court of Reggio Emilia & court of Minors Bologna
1st hearing in court of Bologna was on 19th November 2024
But I wasn't allowed to be physically appear in court due to security reasons but I requested for a video call hearing in court through my advocate Sara Avvmineo
Now my second hearing will be on 18th December 2024But Social services don't allow me to be physically appear in the court
So I request for a video call hearing so that
I can appear via video link and speak up truth in the court of law
Plz help me urgently in this matter
Because hearing is to be held in next couple of days
Hope you will understand my concern and situation
And hope that my request will be taken into consideration
