Star Welfare Organization ( SWO) is a non-profit, nongovernmental and non-political organization that has been actively serving humanity since 1998. In 2006 we were registered under Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control)
Ordinance. Since 2011 SWO has expanded its services in the
entire length and breadth of Punjab.

Ms. Rifaat Rani is the general secretary of SWO. She is also in charge of Hawa Shelter home Sargodha and also looks after he affairs of Star Women’s hostel. Ms Riffat has a keen interest and has been involved in the rehabilitation and reintegration of destitute women.
Khidmat Gar Baba Shafique Dogar is the President of the organization. He has over 33 years experience of working in welfare organization.
